Mara’s Philosophy of Work
The work is serious. Changing how our social systems impact one another’s lives and livelihoods is a long, slow process full of stops and starts.
I want to work with you toward better understanding of what equity is, how inequity is built into our day-to-day living, and what actions you can take within your organization to create change.
And I want to do it with learning that engages and excites so that the change work is sustainable!
